Getting started

What is Snapmymerch?+

A mobile-first commerce assistant for small retailers, second-hand stores and home sellers. Snap a photo of a product and we draft a clean, on-brand listing — title, description, tags, the lot.

Who is it for?+

Independent boutiques, op shops, thrift and vintage stores, market sellers, estate clearers, and anyone with one-of-a-kind stock that doesn't fit neat SKUs or spreadsheets.

Do I need barcodes or SKUs?+

No. Snapmymerch is built for unstructured inventory. If you do have GTINs, you can add them — but nothing here requires them.

Merch — your AI assistant

Who is Merch?+

Merch is the friendly AI assistant built into Snapmymerch. Open the chat and ask anything about your catalogue — rewrite a listing, suggest tags, find stale stock, explain a marketplace rule. Merch is page-aware, so it already knows the product you're looking at.

What languages does Merch speak?+

Write to Merch in English, Português, or whatever you're comfortable with — Merch replies in the same language. The app interface follows your country today; Merch the assistant adapts to whatever you type.

Does Merch change my listings on its own?+

No. Merch always proposes — you tap Approve or Discard. Nothing is rewritten, retagged or published without you saying yes.

Listings & the AI

How does the AI write my listings?+

It looks at your photos, identifies the item, and drafts copy in your brand's voice. You can edit anything, and it learns from your edits over time.

Can I change the tone?+

Yes. Set your brand voice once in onboarding and adjust it any time. Pro plans include enhanced brand training.

Which languages are supported?+

Listings can be generated in English or Portuguese today. The site auto-detects your country and switches automatically.

What's free?+

The Free plan is free forever — up to 10 active listings, the AI Brand Manager, sharing, and 30 AI credits per month. Every account also starts with 5,000 launch credits on the house.

What plans are there?+

Free ($0), Starter ($9/mo), Pro ($29/mo) and Business ($99/mo). Each step unlocks more AI credits, better models, and more team features. See the Pricing page for the full breakdown.

What are AI credits?+

Credits are the unit you spend each time the AI writes a listing, identifies a product, refines copy or generates an image. Cheaper models cost fewer credits; premium models like GPT-5 cost more. Your plan refills your credit balance every month.

What happens if I run out of credits?+

Nothing stops working. During launch your balance can go below zero — the AI keeps drafting listings, refining copy and generating images. Once paid top-up packs are available you can settle up, and any negative balance is paid down first.

Is there a launch promo code?+

Yes — sign up with the code RENEE26 and your account is created with 5,000 AI credits already in it. All existing users have already been credited automatically.

Can I buy more credits?+

Top-up packs (500 / 2,000 / 10,000 credits) are listed on the Pricing page and will become purchasable as soon as checkout is live. Top-up credits never expire.

Do unused credits roll over?+

Plan credits reset each billing cycle. Top-up packs you purchase do not expire and carry over between cycles.

Can I switch or cancel any time?+

Yes. Upgrade, downgrade or cancel whenever — no contracts.

Sharing

How do I share a listing?+

Every listing has a share button. Send a link by message, post it to social, or drop it in your group chat.

What are branded sharable links?+

A Pro feature: links that carry your shop's branding and a clean preview card when shared on social or messengers.

Your data

CSVCan I export my catalogue?+

Yes — open Tools → Export inside the app to download your full catalogue. You can choose either CSV (universal, opens in any spreadsheet) or XLSX, and filter by status before downloading. Your data stays yours.

Do you own my photos or content?+

No. You keep ownership of everything you upload and create. We only use it to power your account.

How do I delete my account?+

Email contact@haloglide.com and we'll close your account and delete your data.
