Lorzone Global Limited offers a 30-day money-back guarantee for Snapmymerch purchases. If you are not satisfied, you may request a full refund within 30 days of the original order date.
How to request a refund
Purchases and refunds are handled by our Merchant of Record, Paddle. To request a refund, visit paddle.net and provide the email address and transaction details associated with your order. You may also contact us at contact@haloglide.com for assistance.
Subscriptions
Cancellation stops future renewals but does not automatically refund prior charges. Access continues until the end of the paid billing period. Eligible refund requests made within the 30-day period will be processed by Paddle to the original payment method.
